Enrollment & Onboarding

Once your deposit is received, you'll receive a welcome kit containing:

  • Onboarding checklist
  • Coaching & programming schedule
  • Navigator preparation info
  • Internal alignment resources

30 days before your cohort start date your official onboarding will begin. An AI Navigator Collective team member will reach out to you and your selected Navigator(s) to set up access to the Navigator Portal, develop a plan for your first 90 days, schedule group learning and coaching sessions, provide access to early assessments, and demonstrate how to access tools, resources, and peer learning communities.
