Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the AI Navigator Collective.
Membership & Participation
Membership provides access to the Navigator Pathway, coaching, tools, and community resources. Each organization designates 1–5 Navigators who participate on its behalf and lead capability-building internally.
Pricing & Payments
Membership pricing is based on Navigator count. A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, with the remaining 50% due at the start of the cohort. Fees are non-refundable after onboarding begins.
Cohort Participation
Cohorts are scheduled quarterly. Organizations select a cohort start date during enrollment and participate in structured programming, coaching, and peer learning aligned to that cohort.
Intellectual Property
All templates, tools, frameworks, and content are proprietary to AI Navigator Collective. Members receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these resources internally.
Confidentiality
Members agree to maintain confidentiality of shared materials and peer-learning discussions. We respect the confidentiality of member information and protect it according to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We provide guidance, frameworks, and support, but implementation decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of member organizations. AI Navigator Collective is not liable for business or operational outcomes resulting from implementation decisions.
Updates
We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
